| Recent experience in the field of enforcement proceedings |

The firm has also an outstanding track record in the field of enforcement proceedings and maintains good relations with the bailiffs throughout Bulgaria. In the past year some of the lawyers have been involved in some of the biggest enforcement proceedings, including enforcement of registered pledges following the special procedure of the Law on Registered Pledges.
Acting on behalf of numerous Bulgarian as well as foreign legal entities for enforcement of their receivables – in general the work involved for obtaining a writ of execution; enforcement proceedings against the mortgaged real estate; evaluations of the real estate as well as legal representation against the appeals of the debtor;

We filed the first application at Sofia City Court for obtaining a writ of execution on the grounds of an European enforcement order, issued accordingly to Regulation (EC) No 805/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 April 2004. The amount of the enforcement order exceeds E 6 m. (2007 - ongoing).
